• All materials delivered to property & taken into loft via roof where possible to ensure disturbance and mess kept to an absolute minimum 
• Steelwork fitted  
• First fix carpentry, electrical & plumbing work carried out
• External roof work
• Plasterboarding & plastering carried out
• Staircase fitted
• Second fix carpentry, electrical & plumbing work carried out
• Clear site
